We love staying here! The service is top-notch, the staff are attentive, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is better than most places in the area. Highly recommend!
The hotel restaurant, Paprika, offers a variety of delicious options, including traditional meals from the north. Service was wonderful. Staff were attentive and kind, especially Rogelio and Ruben!
The walls are paper thin you hear all the noise from surrounding rooms. The Internet does not work well, it disconnects constantly could not send video home to my family. When I turned on the jacuzzi tub the whole room smelled like rotten eggs. Lastly the ad says shuttle service to and from the airport that is not the case.
