I loved the hotel's service. I went with some friends for a few days, and Miss Maria Lucia helped me with all my questions about the city. I would definitely return with my family.
We stayed here a week while doing mission work in the area. The hotel was clean and well managed. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well cooled the room off quickly. There are both 220v and 110v outlets which was very nice. The staff was friendly and I did not meet any employees who were not nice. My only [minor] complaints is the food in the restaurant was average and the service was slow and it takes longer than expected for the hot water to reach the shower. I have stayed at many different hotels in Latin America and this was the best.
Parking, is very secure. The access is at the rear but they supply assistance to navigate the narrow one way streets to the parking lot entrance, there is direct walking access internally between the car park and the front desk. Staff very helpful with parking up.
