Wyndham Costa del Sol Tumbes

We have been enjoying fantastic service by the hotel staff during our extended stay. Staff have all been very attentive to our needs, and always greet us with a smile. The rooms are clean, we'll appointed and very comfortable. Housekeeping - Luis, Isabel Breakfast buffet - Luis, Danixza, Carolina Lobby - Samuel, Artulfo (There are several others, but right now I can't remember their names!)

The service was really good and friendly. Danitxa, Félix and Mr. Seminario were our servers at the buffet and during other meals while our short stay. They were amazing and tried their best to make us feel comfortable. I have to add, though, that I felt a warmer service at the front desk and by the concierges at CDS Arequipa and Chiclayo. The rooms were great, I loved the bed; although I missed the robes that are usually available at other Costa del Sol locations. I imagine they’re not present at this location due to the weather. I’d definitely come back, I like the accommodation you provide along the country and I’m sure you’ll fix the fly problem in your bar and restaurant areas. Your servers are definitely working very hard to control insects, but they may need some help from management. We also enjoyed the pool and had a good time at the rooftop. Thanks for a nice stay. It was an incredible experience with everything especially waitress Maria. Thanks to her we could celebrate my cousin’s birthday.
