Amazing staff, always smiling and ready to help. Crystal clear sea. In general, the facility needs a serious maintenance and improvement. Price for quality: 👍
I made reservation for 3 nights I left after second night, old hotel needs renovation claiming high stairs not suitable for old people and special need . If you need to contact reception you need to make local call (there is no internal phones) refill water is not available, "Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory, especially in terms of the rooms. The room I stayed in lacked even the most basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. The furniture looked old and worn, and the mattress was not comfortable at all, which affected the quality of my sleep. The room also had an unpleasant odor from the moment I entered, and this was not addressed despite noticing. The ventilation was poor, and the lighting was disturbingly dim. Honestly, I did not feel comfortable or relaxed throughout my stay. I hope the hotel management will seriously review the standard of the rooms and improve them, because what I saw does not match what is presented in the photos or reviews. Electricity cut off during day and night, never been informed when I made reservation nor when I checked in. Car parking was a mass open area you should park your car on sand and walk about 400 meters . No valet parking
As a world travelling couple, we've visited Datça this week. I called three different numbers for an info but all of them redirected me for a different number so we decided to visit the facility. The reception staff gave us the information about the beach and then we went inside to see the environment before using the facility. Then 2 different staff stopped us stating that we should wear a bracelet before going to 'Starbucks'(!). We kindly told them that we want to see the beach before using the facility but the staff refused to show us inside, instead he told us that we can only see the beach from outside and literally dismissed us from the facility. First time we've encountered this kind of behaviour. Such a disgrace for this country and the region.
