Wyndham Duchally Country Estate

This is our second time staying at the hotel and it’s been great. Room is amazing. Very spacious with a mix of classic and modern design features. All the staff are friendly and a special thanks to William who helped us at dinner. A beautiful resort with gorgeous landscaping. I would highly recommend.

My favorite place in Scotland. Perfect lush green, you can walk around estate or to the nearby town Auchterarder. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage. It has min things like pans, pots, cutlery and plates. Oven, dishwasher and washing machine. King bedroom and 2 single beds, 2 bathroom with bathtubs and heating elements for drying towels, shampoo, soap. They have main restaurant (never eaten there) and the bar ( we tried whiskey and some food). All the meals I was cooking myself and ordered groceries from COOP supermarket, very convenient. Gym, sauna, pool - complementary for guests, however gym is tiny unfortunately, and pool area could use some restoration a bit old. Badminton, football also for free We found room with games like billiards (1 pound per game) BBQ area available but didn’t look appealing to me I wish I could bbq within the cottage in the terrace. Staff is friendly and they definitely will help to the best of their ability. Summer ( July ) is the best time to stay in my opinion

There is a hotel and a variety of lodges for guests/families to stay in at the site. I stayed in the hotel itself - large room, king-size bed, big bath/shower and a mini fridge are the good points. Negatives: no Aircon (had a fan) but with heatwave temperatures the room was uncomfortably hot. There were two double electric power sockets available in the room but not close enough to the desk to use the kettle on a solid service despite a short extension cable being supplied. The bar staff were excellent and even though my meal of choice had just been removed from the menu, the alternative was excellent. Extensive grounds to stroll around.
