Comfortable bed with a great location. The shower runs nice and hot after a long day. The breakfast is somewhat bare bones but was very filling for a good price.

The rooms were small and not in great shape. The hotel looks like it could use an update. The service was standard, but nothing outstanding. The location is good. Very close access to downtown and the pedestrian street. I will say it was nice and quiet.

I was on a business trip and booked this hotel a week in advance. I had a confirmed reservation and all the documentation and my contact information was in place. Nevertheless, upon my arrival after 6 hours of traveling, the front desk manager told me that the hotel was overbooked and that they have given my room away since I arrived in the evening. Therefore they could not consider my confirmed booking. I was never contacted by the hotel to give any information or ask for arrival time. I am extremely disappointed that a four star hotel is apparently renting more rooms that they can offer and not informing the guests of any updates or changes to confirmed bookings. This is for me very unserious and untransparent. This is not the proper way to treat customers. I would not recommend to book this hotel since you cannot trust even confirmed bookings! At the end the only solution that this hotel could offer me was to go by taxi to a different hotel.
