Wyndham Garden Bangkok Sukhumvit 42

We had a wonderful stay in the maisonette room – highly recommended! The rooftop infinity pool offers a great view and is ideal for a quick cool-down. Special thanks to the kind doorman (named First) and the security staff for their great help with our luggage. The ladies at the reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming at all times.

Firstly: I traveled to Bangkok for cosmetic reasons and the hair transplant clinic was at a medical plaza only 3 mins away! There is also a gigantic mall called Gateway Ekamai within walking distance as well. I arrived at the hotel around 2 AM and the front desk staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. One of them even took me all the way to my room to show me how to use the elevator (you have to scan your room card before selecting your floor) and how to power on your room (you keep one room card inserted in the wall card holder). I also bought the breakfast package for the entire week I was there, and not once was I disappointed with the food or service. Room service keeps your room so tidy and leave you with water bottles after every clean! I have been so happy with my stay here! 🩷

It is an awesome place to stay and I stayed a year there - great sales staff, reception, housekeeping. Location is awesome so is the view from your room. But the accounting team is the worst in the world - it has been 60 days since I informed them that I was checking out and I still have not received my one-month deposit, despite dozens of emails sent, they just apologize and do not refund. If they ask you to send them a deposit, I recommend you choose another hotel as you will likely not receive it or receive after many months and many back and forth emails.
