The room was very large but run down, with some mould in the fridge. The service was ok but not great. The renovations happening made it very inconvenient with an elevator out of operarion, longer walks to get to the room, outside through large puddles. Plenty of parking, but 17€ a day. Pretty easy to get into the centre of town with all modes of public transport nearby.
Was clean and quiet. AC was non functional. Lots of remodel working going on making entry and exit difficult. Fridge was not cold enough. Nearby restaurants and grocery store were nice.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I stayed for two nights in early May 2025, my room (junior suite, room 251) was absolutely FILTHY. The carpet, walls and tables were covered in stains, marks and dirt (see photos). The bath was filthy and the bath water was dirty. I complained on the first night and the attendant admitted that that the hotel has not been cared for for many years. Be warned that there is on-going renovation works which makes for a loud and unsightly stay. The area is also run down, with little in the way of nice eateries nearby. The hotel restaurant does not serve dinner. Customer service following my stay has been appalling I have been trying to get a refund on my stay for the last two weeks and my booking partner Expedia have informed me that the hotel have refused my refund. I have subsequently been trying to contact the hotel who are not responding to my emails! Its APPALLING how this hotel can sell rooms BELOW the advertised standard, giving filthy, unclean and unsafe rooms to customers. AVOID this hotel at all costs!
