Rooms are clean and adequate for the price. Outstanding location in a quiet neighborhood. Service was exceptional. The treat you like valued guests, not just another patron passing through.
The service is very bad.. For the first time I found that the air conditioner is controlled by the reception department.. The weather was very cold.. and the air conditioner was off.. When I called the reception, he would turn on the air conditioner for a short time and then turn it off.. Very bad treatment.. Also the breakfast was not good
The A/C doesn't cool the room. The manager gets angry when you ask to make it cooler. I asked for 2 towels, since they took 2 from mu room and was told I could only get 1. The elevator is so tiny, 2 people with luggage might fit. I would not recommend this hotel.
