It says it will come for room tidying with every 2 days, unfortunately they don’t come until you call. I don’t need to change the linen and towels, but just want to get my coffee to refill and rubbish to throw. The cleaner lady looks like outsourced from third party company that didn’t wear any uniform, at least a 4 stars hotel should have uniform right? The access card for front entrance is not functioning well, it always getting red light or no response to enter. I have changed twice the card to access and the last day I only know it needs to “special quick insert twice” on the key access then only it works but nobody inform me, they only sit on their desk to wait for you on asking what happened to the card. Carpet is quite dusty, dirty and worn out. I believe the room has done a little bit of touched up but the carpet should be replaced new one or the wooden bin up. The showroom is only available to skinny size human, if you are more than 100kg you will be stuck inside as the corner for shower is about 60cm to 60cm, and without a proper lighting in the shower area, after you shut the shower curtain is dark in the corner with romantic vibe. Else change a white or transparent shower curtain. Take some references on how some Asian countries on their hotel rooms, cheaper than yours and better design. 😬

I have worked for hotels and restaurants for 15 years, needless to say certain standards should be met. Staff, had zero friendliness, i feel like i had to say hello and thank you. The room cleanliness was great! so Housekeeping props to you. The room needs remodeling, floor had broken panels, paint chipping, TV super small and not even mounted to it took up space. location was perfect though! So because of price and location i would come back.

Cheap hotel. All over are using grey moquette to hide dirty, bathroom with broken lights (not changed even after requesting), daily room service only on request. Rooms are small and cramped, no noise isolation from the corridor and noisy air conditioning. Bad wifi Breakfast with very limited choice in good days, during Monday there were less guests so the breakfast was done in the reception with even less choice. Room cards constantly de-magnetize requiring constant reactivation at reception. Take an hostel, better service, lower price. The hotel is at best a 2 star for sure not 4 star rating
