Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc

The lobby looked so luxurious when I first entered. I was on a tour trip to Vietnam and this hotel was the best I stayed at. My hotel room was so nicely cleaned. There were no bugs (even though the paper said there could be some). The thoroughly cleaned room surely prevented the appearance of those bugs. I really loved the small balcony I had with my room too. The pillows were so soft and exactly to my liking. The staff were also so sweet. I really love how the lobby has a little place where you can keep your luggage there and the staff will keep an eye on it for you. I left my luggage there when I went to get breakfast and it was exactly where I left it when I came back. The breakfast was very delicious too! As I was waiting for my tour guide to let us know to get on the bus in the morning, I was sitting down in the lobby when a staff member approached me. She asked if I was waiting to check in or check out. She thought I was waiting for so long to check in, but I told her I checked out and was just waiting for my bus. She was so sweet and it made me happy to see she was just checking up on my status. I enjoyed this hotel and I loved my stay here!

The hotel was nice. I went as part of a tour group and we got checked-in very easily. The room was very clean and nice. There were no bugs. There was a note warning about rove beetles and how to prevent them from coming in and providing assistance if you did find one. The location is near a nice plaza with a lot of different shops. The staff was so respectful and sweet.

The hotel near to the Grandworld you can go by walk 900m. Also Teddy bear museum. I booked suit room it was very nice big bed which so comfortable to sleep with 1child. Also have sofa and a bathtub the bathroom Also big . The room service was good not that much expensive if compared to tourist price at outside . They also gave us a discount too. The swimming pool is suit for kids , also the kids club was good lot of activities to do. There are also a spa in the hotel too. Breakfast is also nice had various choice. The staff also good very helpful even some can't speak. I think this is a very good hotel.
