Wyndham Garden Hanoi

5-star service and amenities. One of the better hotel gyms you will find with a nice indoor pool and rooftop bar. The food at the restaurant was quality and I would gladly stay here again as it's one of the better Wyndham hotels in the portfolio. It isn't for people who want to explore the touristy old quarter of course as it's a bit further out (40 min by car with traffic) and the rooftop wasnt being staffed when I went by after 6pm on the nights I checked but if you happen to need a place in the area there aren't going to be much better options.

I am happy to share my experience at this hotel, where the greatest hospitality was embodied by the Vietnamese people. There are many Vietnamese who left an impression on us, particularly the unwavering dedication of Kathy (Thao). What truly sets this hotel apart is the personalized touch that Kathy brought to our stay. Her warm smile made us feel valued and appreciated throughout our visit. Every interaction was a testament to her good character, professionalism and commitment to delivering an outstanding hospitality experience.

Great hotel. Friendly and competent service. All employees seem to have fun doing their job und even interacting with their guests. Especially the employee Thoa was really friendly and welcoming. The food is good as well. There’s a huge variety of food and each day has new dishes, which is amazing. The chefs are also doing a great job, preparing the food for their guests. I’d rate it 5/5 stars. 🫶🏻
