Basic business hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Air conditioner did not work in first room and kindly changed my room. Breakfast is also a simple and basic. Good location to Murano plaza and Delta plaza for dining and Cibeles Plaza for shopping.
Rooms need maintenance. Some fixtures and furniture worn or damaged. Service attitude from personnel is very good.
Really poor kept facilities. Worn carpets, floors and ugly bathrooms. The breakfast setup is a joke and not appealing. I payed for two nights but wouldn’t stay the second and rather pay again in another hotel. Reviews are too high for the real state of this property.
