Terrible experience – staff tried to scam us. We paid for the room online and were only supposed to pay an extra €28 for two dogs and parking. At check-in, the staff tried to tell us the room was not paid for and demanded €108 in total. After around 20 minutes, the man at reception finally decided to check another system and computer – and suddenly, it turned out it was their mistake. He said we only had to pay €28, plus €10 for an “additional person” that wasn’t mentioned before. The next morning, during check-out, the same thing happened again. Another staff member claimed we had only paid €38 for the dogs, parking, and the extra person, and insisted we still owed money for the room. This is a disgrace. The room was dirty, the silicone in the bathroom was old and moldy, the table was burned, and the view from the window was of a dead rat. I would never stay at this place again – unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, and a complete lack of respect for paying guests.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The property is in urgent need of renovation, especially the bathrooms in the rooms. The toilet was very outdated, worn out, and appeared dirty — more from age and wear than poor cleaning. The overall condition of the room felt old and neglected, which really affected the comfort of the stay. Additionally, the swimming pool shown in the photos has not been in use for over two years, which was very misleading. It’s still advertised as available, but in reality, it’s out of order and unusable. That was a major letdown. With proper maintenance and honest presentation, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

They charged my credit cards two times with the same amount for the stay. Booked two rooms and got just one! Called them and they told me this double charge is impossible though I have bank statements sent to them via mail. What a joke! Have to contact my bank and file a charge-back now for this lousy hotel, no, never again. Overall, a terrible experience here. Avoid givning them your credit cards info. and do not pay them over desk, or you will pay double without notice! And yes, parking costs as well. Not that cheap hotel for a very overwhelmed horror.
