Rooms are very clean and big. Beautiful views on sea. Just one little thing that could be nice to have furniture to sit on balcony and enjoy the views. Drying racks will be also more than welcome. A part of that hotel is modern and worth a money. I recommend you to stay in here 😊

The hotel overall met expectations with well-maintained facilities and modern amenities. The room was spacious and carpeted — not ideal for hygiene, but it was kept clean. Bedding and pillows were of good quality, although I did notice a few stray hairs on the bed towards the base. Shower pressure was underwhelming, but the water temperature was sufficient. It’s worth noting that the hotel provides quality toiletries, including separate shampoo and conditioner, which is a nice touch. Service at the front desk, especially from Ha, was exceptional and stood out as a highlight. She truly exemplified the Wyndham standard. Other staff were polite and competent, though not quite at Ha’s level of warmth and professionalism. The breakfast offered a filling meal, although the quality wasn’t impressive. Food options outside the hotel are limited, and it’s difficult to find even basic necessities like bottled water nearby. This made me more reliant on the hotel dining — which unfortunately was disappointing in both quality and value. The food prices were not inflated to luxury levels, but still not reasonable given the poor quality and portion sizes. Many dishes felt like leftovers from breakfast. The carbonara pasta was just cream on top with no actual filling. The only item worth mentioning was the matcha cream cheese drink. The chicken burger was not as advertised as a chicken breast, it was a processed block of a chicken. The restaurant environment in the evening was also unpleasant, with a strong smoke smell coming from what appeared to be an adjacent event area, despite the hotel’s non-smoking policy. This made dinner uncomfortable. Additionally, one of the waitstaff was coughing into her hands while serving food and took away a table decoration I had placed without saying anything. Portion sizes were inconsistent — a nearby table received a significantly larger bowl of rice than I did for the same price. Hygiene overall was a serious concern. A kitchen worker was seen bringing a toothpick into the food prep area. While I don’t blame the staff personally — it’s clear they haven’t been trained properly — the hotel’s standards in food safety and cleanliness are far too low for a Wyndham property. The location is reasonable for accessing the international port, but far from any convenience stores or alternative food spots. Noise from the road can also be a factor. This hotel has potential thanks to its views and helpful staff like Ha, but significant improvements are needed in hygiene, food quality, pricing, and non-smoking enforcement.

Very nice hotel and staff. But when we visited in May 2025, some parts of the hotel was still under construction. So there was no spa and sauna and also no rooftop bar. The pool didn’t have a life guard. But everything else is perfect. Specially food was damn good.
