yes, its a new hotel. yes, some facilities are not yet open but trust me, the room is amazing, so is the service. Just come with no expectations. Maybe by the time you come this place wouldve been 100% functioning. Also other hotel would go to this extent to help hotel guests especially with my charger issues. i would like to thank the staff for making my stay smooth and wonderfull. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The hotel was advertised on Wyndham app as recently opened, with great offers. After booking you will get an email saying that the hotel is on soft opening and some areas will be in renovations. The fact is the entire hotel still a work in progress. There is only one building available out of the 15 that comprise the entire project. There is not even a reception or front desk. They are using one of the rooms as reception. There is no pool, gym or a restaurant opened yet, which makes the stay very restricted. The staff was just amazing and polite, doing their best to accommodate the guests with all these restrictions. Bedrooms are really nice, but that’s it. It’s the only thing available at the moment. So keep that in mind before you go. We were looking for a hotel with amenities on site, so we had to cancel after arriving and move to another place. Again, staff is kind and amazing, but their hands are tied on this one.
Stay away! We had booked a room here in April 2025. Before arriving we got a message notifying us that the hotel was under construction and some noise must be expected. This was ok for us. However, when arriving the hotel was very far from being finished. There is no reception, no restaurants and no main pool. the rooms themselves looked new and ok. But there are no amenities here. Until the hotel opens for real, I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. Needless to say, travelling with kids this added a lot of extra stress having to find a new hotel on very short notice. On a positive note, the staff working there was super helpful. They let us see the room, and helped us cancel the room when we decided to find something else.
