Wyndham Garden Playa del Carmen

Room was massive bed enormous, working air conditioning and free breakfast for just £43 for one night - cannot complain. Outside needs some TLC been a long time since it was white like the photos, but bathroom is clean and bed was comfy - expectations were well managed 🙂

Rooms are not spacious, view is -10/10 even though they told us we had a pool vie room. No fridge in room, no ice bucket,no hair dryer. When I requested one they made a big fuzz about it. After the cleaned the second day they only left 1 big towel for 2 adults and 1 toddler. We called front desk requesting more towels they did not want to bring us more. Only agreed to do so when we said we were going to leave a bad review. TV was supposed to be a "smart" one but when tried to login to Netflix or any other app we were not able to do so. When I asked about it they told me the Tvs were not connected to the internet...

Property is ruined down, rooms smell like mold and the hotel's surroundings are completely neglected. Pictures of the porperty are old. The only good thing is the front desk ladies, very helpful. There are better options at Playa for the same or less cost.
