Wyndham Garden Remarkables Park Queenstown

Their service was great. We were just worried about check-in since we were traveling with our 5-month-old for the first time. We asked for early check-in and were stoked when they called at 11 am. Everything else was top-notch. The only problem was parking because it's first come, first served. You can park in the 90-minute spots at night, but you gotta move your car before 7 am, or you'll get a ticket. So, instead of getting up early to move the car, there's another parking spot behind Silky Otter Cinemas. It's only 10 bucks a day, which is cheap and safe, especially if you're traveling during a busy time.

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic view of The Remarkables. They even added a beautiful surprise for our parents who were visiting NZ for the first time and were also celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary. They gave us a free upgrade for both rooms too! Big bonus, Frank's Eatery downstairs, coffee in the morning is just a lift ride away. Definitely recommended and stellar service throughout. Thanks Wyndham team, for making our stay memorable.

The room’s cleanliness, amenities, and lack of Sky TV, along with pillow covers that weren’t completely clean, felt more in line with a 3-star hotel or a motel. It wasn’t bad enough to walk out, but it was disappointing enough that I wouldn’t choose to stay at any Wyndham hotel again. Additionally, a large structural steel section covered the window, making it unusable. On a positive note, the staff were generally friendly (although no one asked about our stay at checkout), and the car park and location were both convenient.
