The Hotel is brand new and very beautiful. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. The bad thing is that you have to pay to park your car at the hotel. I didn't have dinner there but there are a lot of restaurants around. I really recommend a restaurant Called Mousse Cake. And If you like ice cream you should go to Cremoso.

The location was very convenient for the purpose of the trip. The hotel is new, with nice amenities. However, the room is somewhat wearing and not well kept. The air conditioning device was not capable of cooling the room fast enough to be comfortable.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I recently had at one of your properties. As a Wyndham Rewards member, I have always appreciated the high standards of amenities and service that your hotels offer across the globe. However, my recent stay at the Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention Hotel in Brazil was far below the standards I have come to expect from Wyndham Hotels. On March 26, 2025, my colleagues and I checked into the Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention Hotel at midnight, for a business trip. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, our experience was less than satisfactory. Both my room and those of my colleagues had no hot water, and the air conditioning controls in my room were not functioning properly. As a result, I was unable to take a hot shower and had to sleep in a room with an air conditioning unit (split) blasting cold air directly over my head. The following morning, the hot water issue persisted, and I was forced to take a cold shower, before heading to an important business meeting. Same happened to all other 4 members of my party. When we addressed these concerns with the reception staff, we were met with total indifference and no apologies were offered for the inconvenience we experienced. I also expressed that we should not be required to pay for the lack of basic services, but our concerns were dismissed without any consideration. This experience is unacceptable and a clear deviation from the high standards that Wyndham Hotels are known for. As a frequent traveler and customer, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of basic amenities and the indifferent attitude of the hotel staff. I kindly request a full refund for the amount paid for my stay at the Wyndham Garden Ribeirao Preto Convention Hotel. I have attached the bill for your reference. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
