Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur

Had a wonderful stay here recently. The room was spacious, very clean and well-maintained, everything you'd expect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cleanliness of the room truly stood out, with attention to detail that made a big difference. The bed was especially comfortable and the overall ambiance was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, delicious, with a good variety of choices and attentive service from the staff. The cleanliness throughout the property, from the lobby to the dining area, was equally impressive. Special thanks to the team for their warm hospitality and thoughtful welcome gesture. Truly appreciate the professional service and attention to detail. Looking forward to returning again soon!

I didn't manage to book my usual hotel in Mid Valley as they were fully booked or too expensive. I saw this hotel which is nearby and I had good experiences staying in Wyndham Grand in Shenzhen before and decided to try it out this time. The room is big and comfortable, and really value for money, even though there may not be shopping nearby, a short Grab car and bring you to anywhere from the nearest Mid Valley. Happy with my stay here.

I can't understand why this hotel scores so highly. My experience was not good. My room was grubby, not properly cleaned and there was not much attention to detail. The hotel needs a thorough clean. My first impression was of a dirty and unorganized reception desk, The staff seemed uninterested in the guest experience too. The food on offer at the restaurants was very average. I ordered a tea, and my cup and saucer were chipped and so I sent them back. The location is in the middle of a concrete mega road interchange and so not very scenic at all. Finally, this hotel is definitely not 5 star level. I have stayed at much better 4 star hotels in different countries like, Indonesia, Korea and Japan and the Bangsar is at most a low level 3 star.
