Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

My husband and I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and were thoroughly impressed, especially by the outstanding service we received from Qasem at the front check-in desk. He went above and beyond to assist us with the room reservation, upgrade, and parking issues, resolving both quickly and efficiently, and answering all our questions. He ensured our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Qasem's professionalism and helpfulness truly made our stay much more enjoyable and fantastic. The hotel was spotless with great amenities! and the staff were friendly. Our king room was well stocked. We highly recommend this hotel, and thanks to Qasem, we will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities! My husband and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Very clean, even better than pictures, well stocked in our king room with a nespresso machine and water. There’s so much to do without even leaving the property. The variety of restaurants (TGIF, Chris Steak house, starbucks plus more) ensures there’s something for everyone, and the Yuk Yuk show was a fun way to end the night. There's a fun zone with games, glow in the dark mini golf, Lazer tag + more for kids and adults too in the lower lobby. When you check in, they give you a little coupon book for all these places. Also, theres an indoor pool, hot tub, and gym, was a great way to relax. Plus, the convenient walkway to the casino means you don’t have to step outside to enjoy some entertainment. The only downside was that parking was a bit pricey, Valet parking $100/night, parking on property $70/night or across the street parking $35/night but you don't need your car. Great location, everything walking distance, so makes sense to pay for parking. Overall, the experience was well worth it. Highly recommend!
