Amazing experience, our room with balcony we asked for was stunning (big and comfy bed, clean bathroom). Parking - a little tricky but staff was very helpful. Breakfast - no words needed, large selection, great taste ❤️ Staff - fresh, young collective. Everyone was really kind. Thank You guys for make our weekend unforgettable ❤️

From the very first moment we step in, we felt very welcomed, Monika (if I don’t remember wrong) at the check in and checkout was very helpful as the whole team at the desk, for example in occasion to book our excursion to the salt mines. Room was spotless and very fresh and clean during all our stay. Thanks to the ladies we’re taking care of it. We also enjoyed a lot the SPA. A nice relaxing moment after walking around in the beautiful city of Krakow. We have had also the chance to try out the restaurant Trattoria De Gusti, which was really good and in terms of quality/$ was a nice good surprise. Service there was friendly and still very professional. Ambient is cozy and relaxed but with nice style. All in all I would recommend the hotel 10/10 and I will not hesitate to go back with my family there. Thanks again to the all team there.

I booked 3 rooms at Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town from 31/07 -> 02/08. I drove to and gave the key at the reception desk on 31/07 at 13:00. The valet helped me into the parking lot, then we received the key and stayed until the morning of 02/08 at 9:00 am to complete the room return procedure. until I got the car back at 9:35 am on 02/08. I drove home and found that the car had a very large new scratch on the side and the rim on the left side of the driver's seat. I then contacted the hotel to complain about this issue, asking why the valet did not inform me of the problem with an apology at that time, but chose to remain silent. But instead they no contacted the valet and checked the camera to give me an explanation or apology. Then they forced me to send an email to the booking website, send the license plate number. Then wait for their reply. I am very upset and unhappy about this. You take customers' money with a smile, but when a problem occurs, you force them to do everything and wait for an answer. I advise customers to check the car carefully before the staff hands over the car. Thank you!
