Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming specially around the pool , and the room was clean and comfortable. While the breakfast could be improved, overall it was a good experience. For the future, it would be amazing to have a dispensary near the pool like some other hotels, more professional massage services outside, better music and a live DJ around the pool, and an upgraded breakfast selection. These little touches would take the experience from good to exceptional.

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay—always helpful, polite, and attentive. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The facilities are top-notch—clean, modern, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable rooms and relaxing common areas. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: a great variety, fresh ingredients, and plenty of options for every taste. Overall, I have nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay from start to finish, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was even offered a welcome drink and cooling towel. The hotel facilities were very good especially the pool is only 1.3m and the gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. the restaurant staff were very friendly.Location-wise, the hotel is in a perfect spot. it was peaceful and quiet at nigh with ocean sounds.Highly recommend!
