Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Hotel Phuket was absolutely wonderful! The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking—waking up to the stunning scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our trip. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed everything—from the relaxing atmosphere to the excellent facilities. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Phuket. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

My stay at grand Wyndham was amazing. The staff and service were exceptional. I used the shuttle from the hotel everyday to get to the beach or central pa tong. The receptionists were always very kind (even after locking myself out of my room multiple times). I used the gym was pretty good, and the I preferred the smaller pool to the main pool because it has a better view. Both pools are great. Thank you to the staff for making my trip pleasant

A whole day of messages complaining about a sewage smell coming from the room that was unbearable. I want to emphasize that I was in a villa with a pool and sea view, not just an ordinary room. For an entire day, they replied maybe twice after I begged them. No one came to the room to check it. That night, we didn’t sleep at all because of the discomfort, and only at 11:40 PM did they offer to move us to another room. Amazing view, great pool, excellent villa—but service: zero.
