My family and I visited Wenchang, China, and stayed at Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale for the entire stay. The staff members were all amazing, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you to all the wonderful staff members and Raja, who helped us during our stay!
Our group 53 persons taken 30 rooms + president suite in May 2025. I m represent our company to arranged for the business delegation to Wenchang. We are from malaysia, 80% of guests is government senior officers and our Highness of Prince. The hotel facilities, environmental, cleanliness, value of money is Great . I wish to emphasize here is their crew's Service absolutely EXCELLENT 👍 Expecially the Manager Ms Bonnie , Mr Spark , Ms Mia during our dealing thru wechat conversation they giving fast, Great information and trying their best to fulfill our need
Hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Shoutout to the Indian staff...He speaks good Mandarin and took initiative to give us directions and maps to navigate around the area. Definitely coming back here to stay! Furthermore, the room was very clean and comfortable. 棒！
