This hotel is awesome, the rooms are so beautiful and comfortable, the materials and details for the walls, lamps, tables and others are amazing. Rooms remain warm during winter time. For breakfast you will find not only local food but also western dishes including omelette, at least 3 different kind of cheese, baguette bread, variety of fruits, cakes and more. The gym is well equiped including Pilates equipments. In the same are there is also a nice swimming pool. There are other offers like a Spa inspired in a traditional Chinese garden, Starbucks shop, souvenir store and more. Finally, the location is also excellent, there are nice restaurants around, ATM, super market and others. It is easy to get to the water towns nearby and Hongqiao airport is 50 to 55 minutes away.
Classe business hotel in the region. The room was very clean and big. The view from the room is great besides the pollution of course. Very satisfying breakfast buffet and furnished fitness room. Very friendly service.
if the personnel would speak English, I would give 4-5 stars. It was unbelievable, nobody in this hotel speaks English. Not even check-in personnel. During check-out I had to spell the word GERMANY for my invoice. When I was asking for massage service details, I had to speak in an iphone for automatic translation. Internet was only fast, when using VPN or Secure WIFI app. Otherwise slow.... big brother... Whatsapp was -if possible- only text, no photos.
