We stayed here over the holiday weekend and had a wonderful experience. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The breakfast buffet is huge, offering a wide variety of options. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating. When our son was injured at the pool, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the care he needed. They arranged a driver and had a hotel manager accompany us to the emergency room. Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care. On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely. Their support during such a stressful time meant the world to us—it was far beyond what we ever expected. We’re incredibly grateful and will never forget their kindness.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Wyndham Grand Xian South feels brand new, with beautiful modern decor throughout. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful details that make the stay feel luxurious. Facilities like the gym and spa are top-tier, and the service from staff is warm, professional, and always attentive. The location is just perfect—slightly south of the main city center, so it’s peaceful, but it’s right next to the Everbright Datang area, which is absolutely magical at night with its vibrant lights and performances. Also, it’s close to major attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had—highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!
