The perfect mix of beachside bliss and historic charm. The resort is right on An Bang Beach, yet only a 15-minute ride from Hoi An Old Town, so you can easily enjoy the peaceful oceanfront in the morning and wander the lantern-lit streets by evening. The facilities are top-notch, from the pools and spa to the friendly, attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. But the real highlight for us was the two-bedroom villa with its own private pool. It’s incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We honestly didn’t want to leave—it was the kind of stay that makes you start planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

We had the most amazing stay at the Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning — the location is perfect, right on the beach, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Hang at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience the best it could be. This resort strikes the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left already talking about when we can return, and we truly cannot wait to come back!

The good: • Early check-in was a nice touch, much appreciated after a long journey • Great location — the beach here is quieter than other areas and still only a short ride to Hoi An • The beach area itself is very nice and well set up • Rooms are clean and well maintained The not-so-good: • Very few staff taking orders on the beach • Overall service could be improved — not many staff greet guests or smile, which is surprising for a hotel • Some guests reserve sunbeds by leaving towels early in the morning and disappearing for hours — very frustrating • Charged for a lost key card, which feels petty for a hotel stay • Thin walls — we could hear our neighbors clearly • Curtains don’t close properly, so expect sunlight streaming in from around 6 AM • We experienced an overnight power cut that set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night, causing panic among guests. There was no apology or explanation from staff, which was unsettling Unfortunately, despite the great location, nice beach area, and clean rooms, the service and overall guest experience didn’t meet expectations
