Generally good, mostly clean. The reception staff were very friendly and offered us a comprehensive details of the city. Would’ve liked if housekeeping came around and gave us new towels. The room was nicely furnished but with a few more amenities in the kitchen (e.g tissues and hand soap) would’ve been even better.

Stay at Wyndham Hotel for 4 nights. When we checked in, the front office manager offered us free breakfast but only if we joined a timeshare sales presentation, which felt a bit pushy, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy a holiday. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival, and we appreciated the full kitchen. However, we were disappointed with the housekeeping. Despite requesting it, our room was never cleaned during the entire stay. We were told it would be done on the third day, but it didn’t happen. By the last day, the room smelled bad and was very messy after three days without cleaning. When I called reception around 5 PM, they apologized but couldn’t move us to another room. They only offered a bottle of wine as compensation, which I accepted. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and lack of cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting proper hotel housekeeping.

Our overall stay at Wyndham was comfortable, but unfortunately, our experience was soured right at the start due to a very unpleasant welcome. Upon check in, we were met by a staff member named Shikha who was extremely pushy about signing us up for a Club Wyndham promotional session. She even offered us free breakfast as an incentive, but we had no interest in sales pitches during our vacation. We were very clear, yet the pushiness didn’t stop, it felt more like a sales ambush than a warm welcome. Communication was also a challenge, and her approach came across as overly aggressive rather than helpful. It's very frustrating when you're excited to start your holiday, only to be bombarded with upselling tactics the moment you arrive. We hope management takes this feedback seriously. Tourists come here expecting hospitality, not hard sell promotions. First impressions matter, and this was a big letdown.
