Free parking for our stay here, just make sure to validate before leaving car park. We stay at block 1 level 17. All facilities work well. But so far we no idea how to go up to level 50 since there is no level 50 button to press at the lift. But on the directory it shows can go up to level 50. Very windy n cold outside especially morning and night time. Very satisfied with the shuttle bus service, they come on time. Can book the bus ticket online too. Gym room is locked, cannot enter. Level 13 Kids indoor pool look very fun. Overall very satisfying stay here. Will recommend to my family.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I must say—what an experience! The hotel is massive, with over 50 floors offering stunning views and a sense of scale that’s hard to miss. The weather added to the charm—waking up to foggy mornings and ending the day in a dreamy mist made the whole stay feel surreal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread deserves a special mention: wide variety, well-laid out, and served in a huge seating area, so even during peak time, it didn’t feel crowded. But the real highlight? The swimming pool area. Absolutely loved the large heated pool that seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor spaces with a glass enclosure—great for all weather. There’s also a fun kids’ play area with water slides and mini rides, plus two smaller pools designed just for relaxing. What truly elevated the experience for me was the complimentary steam and sauna facilities—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, Wyndham Ion Majestic lives up to its name. Whether you're with family, friends, or on a solo retreat, it offers comfort, scale, and luxury in all the right ways. Would definitely recommend and return!

Stayed 4 Days 3 Nights Good: - Great view from both the room and the rooftop. - Excellent facilities: swimming pools for both adults and kids (with warm water), sauna, and gym. - Staff serving dinner at the restaurant were polite and friendly. - Most staff were friendly. Improvements: Breakfast, Staff Service & Hygiene - Breakfast options were limited. Sunday breakfast was especially disappointing, the hotel struggled to manage the crowd. Food trays remained empty for a long time and were refilled after asking multiple times. - Hygiene was my much concern. A staff used her bare hands to pick up and put back a nuggets fallen while she was preparing omelettes. A small cockroach crawled out of my cup when I picked it up to get water. - Some staffs serve breakfast were not friendly. When we asked for assistance setting the table (which was completely empty), a lady simply placed three sets of cutlery on the table without arranging them and walked away.
