Excellent Stay After a Long Drive - Pet Friendly & Great Location! After a long drive in from the border, I was thrilled to find this hotel-pet-friendly with convenient valet parking right on the premises. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth after a tiring journey. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which was exactly what I needed to relax. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Monterrey, with easy access to sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers, especially those with pets. A fantastic stay overall-great service, comfort, and convenience! I have read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel. And I really don't understand all the complaints. My experience was good. I got a very specious room that was modern and clean. No complaints.
Hotel lobby was excellent service was excellent room was clean but the coffee maker was dirty I suppose because it's seldomly used? Location is excellent there's plenty to eat, shop, or explore around the hotel. I would definitely stay again.
When we first checked in, we already had issues. I had reserved 2 rooms online and received confirmation that I had booked 2 cojoined rooms When checking in, the system only marked 1 room and ended up on different floors. Parking is an extre fee even though the website states that it is included. The rooms are too dark and the lamps did not work. We turned on the AC before leaving to explore. When we returned the AC did not work. WIFI is not good at all. It barely connects and still has issues connecting. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet. When entering there were issues that it was not included. It was embarrassing having to go between the front desk and back to the restaurant to be seated once they accepted that it was included. The "buffet" was pathetic and disappointing. Turns out there is no buffet, they only offer fruit and eggs. So much for paying extra and arguing with front desk. Would stay somewhere else next time and not waste my time.
