Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! This hotel was exactly what we needed. Perfect location, even for the excursion shuttle pick up, just right down the street from a hotel they pick up from. The pool was comfortable, only thing is they close the pool earlier then we'd like (6a-10p). The staff was great and helpful. The security guards were funny and they made sure that the guests of the hotel were actually guests. The beds were great, some beds firm and some soft, and clean. The room was clean too. We had a microwave and mini fridge, the fridge didn't seem to get too cold but was cold enough.

I booked this hotel because of its location in the French Quartet. After reading some reviews I was very apprehensive about staying there.. But I had already booked the hotel. When I arrived I was quite surprised to see how nice it was. When I got to my room on the 19th floor and I saw how nice and clean the room was. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. The hotel security was great as in order to get in the elevators you need your room to use the elevator. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. I felt safe in the quarter and enjoyed my stay in New Orleans.

Rooms were cool, not really a complaint there. Manager very nice lady. But the garage manager Damien, Darren whatever his name was, made my experience at the hotel miserable. As a valet manager his attitude was very nasty. Everyone else was cool. Kicked me out for no reason!
