When I book this hotel I booked the wrong date, did not realize and showed up. The manager was very helpful in accommodating us with a room better then what I had originally booked in just 20 min we have our room. The hotel is very clean and in great location the grounds are very clean and nice. Definitely will be back, over all customer service was perfect they really attended to your needs.
Perfect location just outside of downtown Newport. Excellent service from staff, clean and comfortable room (one of few hotels with TWO king beds), close to the beach, and a generally good vibe. The outside bar and restaurant were lively and fun. There’s a fire pit at night and, of course, the kids loved the indoor pool. What’s best is the free shuttle service to and from downtown. It makes for a perfect vacation!
The Wyndham Newport was the best place to stay on our family vacation. The rooms were spotless, the restaurant was tasty, the pool and fitness center were both wonderful amenities. The shuttle service to downtown Newport was a huge bonus! Would highly recommend staying here for any kind of trip. We will be back!
