Wyndham Opi Hotel Palembang

The location is not very strategic but still reasonable and the condition of the room is very quiet, the staff are professional and everything is safe and under control, I recommend it.

We are first time stay here. This hotel is flaunt 5 star. But I feel only 4 star. Because some places must be modifed. 1.Acception counter. It takes us too much time and I feel disrespected of require more document when I check in. Also They require deposit Rp 500.000,. I don't know it's for what? Because no mini in the room. 2.The car park of basement is no lift also close exit door.. Also lamps are dark. So, only seen a little of cars at here. 3.No hotel safe in the room. If we were to leave,how to save my valuables? 4. During berakfast always require myname ang room number. You know this not respect customer. let us disgust.. If others I think is ok..

First time staying in this Hotel, sadly it was really not that a pleasant stay overall and I can say for sure that we are not going to return back to this hotel ever again. Not sure how this hotel got recommended before but the service and everything was lacking. 1. The pool is quite dirty 2. There were bedbugs in the room 3. Children pays additional money for the breakfast 4. We have to wait a long time for help from reception I was able to tolerate some of the experience that happened but point no. 3 finally did it. My daughter doesn’t eat that much whenever we are on staycation but with this extra payment her mom says eat more. What a ridiculous rules to enforce children’s age to commit for payments as if small children eats like savage. Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
