Wyndham Phuket Airport

I stayed here for 6 nights with my friends. When checking in, the staff was lovely and helpful. it was my first time in Phuket, they gave me useful information and were willing to answer my questions. For the room, it’s a pool view which is so amazing (I stayed in Building A) I truly fall in love with this it was very clean and beautiful. Other than that, There was a shuttle to the building all the time, but you might have to wait a bit. They also have shuttle to the beach according to the schedule. I felt that it was very convenient, but even if walked, it wasn't far from beach that much only about 7-800 meters. It’s was a Good experience!!!!

I had a nice stay at Wyndham Royal Lee Phuket, but a few service issues took away from the experience. The check-in process was way too slow, which was frustrating after traveling for hours. Also, there were no beach towels in the room, and there weren’t enough available at the pool either. For convenience, they should include beach towels in every room

Our flights from Phuket to Melbourne was cancelled last minute and they had placed us at this hotel for a couple hours. It’s the end of May so may say it’s the hottest time of the year. Family of 4 traveling, arrived to the hotel to check in staff did not share/explain the facilities of the hotel. Going up to the room the air conditioning does not work effectively to cool the room. The fridge wasn’t plugged in. TV and modem was on the floor and rug pushed to the side. I understand it’s just for a couple hours but come on. Only two towels in the room so going down for a swim at the pool and freshen up before the flight again you would be using damp towels. In the room there is a price list of everything in the room if you damage the costs associated. Which is also applicable to the pool with many rules that was not explained at check in. I had bought 2 drinks from the minimart for my kids as I opened staff came over right away to warn me no drinks allowed and where we could enjoy the drinks that’s 2 meters from the pool at a kiddie playground. Fair enough. However I placed the drinks there and shortly after another staff picked them up and disposed. A full bottle of unopened water and a can of Lipton ice tea that only had one or two sips consumed with towels beside. So anyone with some common sense should be able to tell that someone is coming back for them. There was not even a telephone in the room to call for emergency
