Very good service and great location
This place is really all about the views and I can’t complain - breakfast was good, the service was pleasant, and the bed might be the biggest I’ve ever slept in! The rooms need a bit of a refresh but nothing that would affect my enjoyment of the stay. It’s a bit out of the main part of the town (if you want to be super close, the Radisson is a better option) but Puerto Varas isn’t exactly huge so it’s all fairly walkable, though the Wyndham is up a bit of an incline from the main square.
Quite large property about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Very light and bright public areas, with a good breakfast. We had a fantastic view of the lake and volcano from our room, which was very comfortable. We did have a minor issue with incorrect information being provided when we arrived, so confusion over a security guarantee charge to my credit card - but this was successfully resolved as we left.
