Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket

Well, another wonderful stay. This place is awesome 👌 from the staff attention right to the top management Thanawat, we can't say enough. We felt we were privileged to have stayed. Our own pool, the room welcome was both spotless and everything we needed. The service van to the main shopping area made everything easy. Pick up back to Sea Pearl, easy-to-use. Polite staff always. We had our rental car and this was accommodated no problem. We are here for 2-1/2 months and was helped to source a reputable condominium for the rest of our stay. In fact they couldn't do enough for us. We highly recommend Wyndham Sea Pearl to anyone traveling to Patong. We feel we have an extended family here now. Emerse yourselves, communicate, enjoy and it all comes back in spades ♠️ A highlight was the private pool, beautifully clean, a trip to visit the Elephant Hospital where Wyndham supports and donates to the rehabilitation and health of Thailands sick Elephants, and we just loved the whole experience. You can too!

Aware that this hotel located in the mountain, I have tried my best to be understanding. The time that I walked into the villa and room, I can felt that this room hasn’t been used for a long time. There were large ants and spider in the bathroom which is fine. However, when I open my bed, there were insects that was dead when I uncover my blanket. Asked for a deep clean the next day. After I have taken the jacuzzi, I was about to use the towel in the room, shockingly there are shits all over the towel, not sure whether they were marks or fresh. But it’s simply horrible given I was about to clean my body with it. Complained to the front desk, they only offer a late check out to 4pm while I have packed my stuff and checked out. It’s okay for not being a 4/5 star standard but shits on towel is simply unacceptable. Nightmare of an experience. Avoid this hotel at all cost, hygiene 🤮

Location is too far from any tourist place and very difficult to find transport facilities. This hotel needs lot of changes:- Interiors are too clumsy, Rooms are damp, receptionists are full of arrogance (especially the night duty receptionists). 2 Families stayed there. All the rooms were in allotted in different buildings. Very poor service. Takes hours to complete any service. Faced multiple issues related to AC, Door locks, etc. Not recommended. You will ruin your holiday.
