This was an overnight stay, so we didn't experience it all. They seemed to prioritize bus groups. When we arrived we stood around for a while while group of staff chatted away from the desk, casting an occasional glance our way. Room was decorated with a 7 foot tall "lighthouse."

The room was well maintained, but unfortunately on the small side as the weather was cold couldn't really use the balcony which I think would compensate for the small room on summer days. The staff was friendly and helpful. I defintely would recommend hiring a car than relying on public transport to move between the hotel and downtown, especially if you want to go out and night. I'd do that next time I go. The menu in my opinion lacked variety and for breakfast tough for someone who doesn't eat pork and wanting vegetarian options. Overall a lovely place that I would visit again.

Stayed just 1 night, we were promised for snack box at 6 am as we had paid for breakfast but had an early checkout which was informed and planned with receiption during checkin. Next day morning to our surprise nothing was ready instead they had to refund money for breakfast. Restaurant staff (a lady) was rude during dinner as we didnt speak german, after paying the bill we saw an English menu which was not provided while placing order...food was not worth... Some positives: 1. Hotel provided fan as it was hot weather. 2. Washroom was clean and neat. 3. We played badminton and the staff at Gym entrace were excellent who provided us shuttles and bats. Overall not a good experience as a tourist traveling with kids, luckily we had to stay for one night only.
