The 2-bedroom suite was spacious with ample storage and pantry space. The kitchen was well-equipped with complete utensils, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. TNG parking was conveniently validated, and the large pool meant it never felt crowded, although the water was slightly chilly. The breakfast buffet spread was enjoyable — a good variety without being overwhelming. The only drawback was the lengthy check-in process, which took longer than expected.
Everything is neat and clean but the reason to give 3 stars is, even after paying such a huge amount there are no basic tea/ coffee provided. We have to pay extra for everything, even for a towel. I think that can be better. Otherwise great location and easy to navigate and great view of twin tower from the rooms
Had a nice time at the hotel. Place is clean, nice infinity pool and jacuzzi. When book, you may book together the room + playground or you can just buy it separately. Use the I-city Super App. There is also a snow room to play, also at additional charge. If intend to do this, adults need to bring own jacket, they only have kids size for rental - RM10.
