We had a wonderful stay, 3 day stay, apart from not being able to check in till 4pm, our apartment exceeded our expectations. 3 of us adults traveled and we couldn't find fault. Wonderful amenities, food & friendly , would definitely stay again .

Great location for a hotel, decent rooms too. The service on the other hand was appalling, we were told at 12pm that our room would be ready at 4pm which is pretty late, so we had to find activities to do. After that we headed to the hotel and they say the room isn’t ready at 4pm and were hardly even apologetic. Waited for 30 minutes because we were not given an estimate of when it will be ready and as we go up at 4:30pm they reply with “Oh no one came to get you?” A little sorry and that was all. Do better.

We had a very disappointing stay. Check-in took far too long—we weren’t able to check in right away, and even when I said I’d return after dinner, I was told it would be quick. Despite having four hours until reception closed, I was still called during dinner, which I found quite intrusive, especially as I was travelling with a child. I booked the apartment for three guests with one large bed and one sofa bed, but bedding was only provided for two people. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, only two sets of towels, and milk was only provided for one day. Even the hot chocolate sachets were limited to just two. I understand there's no room service, but it really felt like I only paid for two people for one night, not three. Not to mention other issues: the living room TV wasn’t working, and there was a strong unpleasant odour coming from the cupboards, dishwasher, and fridge. The hairdryer appeared unsafe—it was partially melted and cracked. Additionally, the swipe card stopped working at one point, requiring a trip back to reception to resolve it. This was the most inconvenient check-in experience I've ever had, with very little consideration shown. Would not recommend.
