We had a GREAT stay. We booked mainly for the indoor and outdoor pool. They were some of the cleanest and largest hotel pools I’ve seen. The staff was so friendly, the hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast was a great variety. We will definitely stay again.
It looks like an old-fashioned hotel, with wallpaper in the rooms and even bathrooms and old-fashioned carpets. At the same time, it's clean and well maintained. Breakfast is rich with a lot of items to choose from. Maybe I would like to see more local items. Coffee was very good. Overall, it's okay but maybe a bit expensive for what it offers.
we flew from Dubai for a couple of days vacation we are not staying in the hotel but we came for the pool My experience is below average Hotel entrance very old doesn’t qualify to 3 star hotel Hotel staff look shabby with very old uniform Hotel staff need a lot of training no smile no greetings Pool has volleyball court but NO ball and when i asked for one the waiter told me the guest stole it !!!!! So hotel cannot buy!!! Pool toilets old and smelly Pool towels are small size with very low quality Over priced no happy hour All in all, if i was managing this hotel i would definitely renovate and i will surely do something to improve service quality and offerings Good luck to hotel management
