I visited this place for a quick weekend getaway. I wanted to relax, unwind, and pamper myself. This place did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and escorted to our beautiful corner honeymoon suite. It features a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven/microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, and all glassware/cutlery) and a living area with a separate bedroom. Everything looks immaculately new and well thought out. I loved the lighting throughout. My favorite part of this honeymoon suite was the rooftop terrace/plunge pool. Uninterrupted views of the jungle from here and lounge chairs to relax on. We had breakfast and enjoyed their pool party that they organized for outside guests as well. The service was top-notch from everyone we came in contact with. We will be returning with more friends next time to enjoy the pool party
Me, my sister and Friend came to visit from the UK and we had the best birthday trip ever. From greetings to leaving the hotel as we had a rocky start to the trip with our original hotel had closed down however soon as we came to Wyndham, the hotel and staff made everything up! A special thank you to Martin , Ivan and Gabriel as they were amazing at their service and I will be definitely returning to this hotel again.
We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Tulum! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect - central yet quiet, offering easy access to everything while still feeling peaceful. Grocery stores and restaurants are close-by (10min walk). The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The entire hotel complex was well-maintained (newly built). The gym was surprisingly roomy and well-equipped, which was a huge plus. The air conditioning: it was powerful yet silent, ensuring a good night's sleep on the comfortable beds. The pool area was lovely, with warm water and a relaxing atmosphere. For the price, this hotel is unbeatable. The quality, service, and amenities far exceeded our expectations.
