X Bionic Hotel

I was here for conferences a couple of times, a very good congress hotel. This place is huge, get ready to walk a lot when you stay here. My room was huge, it was a double room but it also had a sort of living room. Comfy bed, good bedding. I could check out at 11 (one hour later than official checkout). They have a safe luggage storage. Plentiful parking. Food is very good. Thumbs up for the soy milk at breakfast. Selection was large both at breakfast and lunch buffets. Very meat heavy with some vegetarian options. They provide to go cups for hot drinks at breakfast. Their swimming pool is great. Excellent wellness.

This is a beautiful place to be. You can relax, enjoy free time and do even sport activities near by. Well worth the effort to try it out.

This hotel is impressive. Obvious focus on sports, which is really interesting and different from many other hotel experiences. Rooms had some flaws here and there, but nothing too inconvient. What must be addressed is the service or lack thereof. In the Asian restaurant there was one or two that knew hospitality, the others was just hanging in the bar, looking annoyed when asked for missing drinks. The reception is even worse. It feels like it’s young people working in the local supermarket, not interested in offering a good experience at all. In general, not interested staff, acting annoyed all the time. I would return for the total offerings of the hotel, but I would wish the management took service as serious as their many sports facilities.
