X10 Seaview Suites at Panwa Beach

The room was incredible with breathtaking views and pool. The infinity pool area overlooking the beach with direct access was very dreamy. The staff were very hospitable and the room was cleaned promptly every day. Only thing we weren’t so keen on was the fact we had no water for a couple of hours and had to contact the staff multiple times to get it fixed. They initially told us to wait until the morning which was completely unacceptable. Thankfully after some back and forth they did fix the issue. Apart from the above I would highly recommend this place as it is in a very serene part of Phuket with sunset views over the ocean and easy access to multiple points of interest across Phuket if you’re driving and plenty of amenities within walking distance including really good restaurants and shops etc.

We had an amazing stay at X10 Suites on Panwa Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were stunned by the beauty of the hotel. Nawalee welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. San was incredibly helpful, carrying our bags to our suite and ensuring we had everything we needed. Every day, Sandy took great care in cleaning our suite, leaving it spotless and fresh. The suite itself was exceptional – the king-size bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and we enjoyed the added luxury of a private pool with a breathtaking view of the sea. The location is unbeatable – the beach is stunning, exclusive, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. The infinity pool right on the beach offers breathtaking views and the perfect spot to relax while soaking up the sun. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment my family and I arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views from our two spacious and beautifully decorated suites. The large balcony with its comfortable tables and chairs was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was ordering food using the hotel's convenient mobile app and enjoying our meals outside with some music. Not only was it a budget-friendly option, but it also allowed us to fully appreciate the lovely outdoor space. The plunge pool was a fantastic addition to our stay and provided the perfect spot for some much-needed solo or couples' relaxation time. We also loved the peace and quiet of Panwa beach, which had a great selection of nearby cafés and restaurants that were easily walkable. One restaurant, in particular, stood out, located just a short stroll from the hotel and serving mouth-watering local Thai cuisine. For those who want to stay active, there is also an outdoor pool for guest use and a decent gym. What really made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service we received from the receptionist. She was incredibly helpful, kind and genuine, and made us feel right at home. Overall, if you're looking for a tranquil getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I highly recommend this hotel. The stunning views, comfortable accommodations, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service make it the perfect choice for a memorable holiday!
