We stayed at Hotel Xanadu whilst attending a concert at Gunnersbury Park. The room was clean, bright and air-conditioned. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were polite and attentive and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, the staff again were very attentive. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Xanadu for making our short stay welcoming and adding to the experience of the gig.

Everyone knows how expensive hotels in London are. Let's not compare with hotels in Asia because London hotels are expensive but offer just ok quality. Hotel Xanadu has its flaws - rubber on glass door slides off, no fridge, shower water switched from cold to warm like every 15 seconds, not entirely sound proof, and bedside power points cannot be used for charging. But the room and bathroom are big, it's clean, there are enough powerpoints on the walls just not next to the bed, beddings are comfortable, TV works, quality shampoo, bath gel, hand soap and best of all body hand lotion are provided. Staff are pleasant. Walking distance about 8 minutes from Earl's Court purple line. Takes about 30 to 45 minutes to go to tourist sites. The line also brings you directly to Heathrow which I really appreciate. Surrounding feels safe - there's a mall, M&S, express supermarkets and some restaurants. I would recommend Hotel Xanadu if you do not need to be in the middle of tourist attractions.

I’ve been a regular guest at Hotel Xanadu, but I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay (14th–16th April). I woke up on the final morning with painful and itchy bed bug bites all over my left arm and hand — a distressing and uncomfortable experience, especially during the Easter holiday. I immediately reported the issue to a staff member, who acknowledged the situation and offered me £10 towards medication — clearly recognising there was a problem. However, I was shocked when the hotel later denied responsibility, suggesting the bites came from "somewhere else." This response was not only dismissive but completely ignored the clear evidence and impact on my health and belongings. As a loyal customer, I expected more accountability and empathy. Instead, I am left with discomfort, the need to discard personal items, and the sense that customer wellbeing is not a priority. This has truly shaken my trust in the hotel. If you value hygiene, safety, and responsible customer care — I urge you to think twice.Very disappointing level of cleanliness and customer care
