Lovely big apartments, easy parking, man at the reception was friendly, pool looked like it would be great in summer, and location is right near all the restaurants and shops, and very short drive to the peninsula hot springs, highly recommend
Loved this placed. Booked for 2 night, room 14. Corner spa bath was perfect, plug had a slow leaky seal so we let the manager know. Only small complaint was we could hear everyone walking past and talking. Seemed like everyone was congregating right next to the bed which was on the far wall, right next to the footpath. We could hear everything that was said
We stayed in the Premium Spa Suite for two nights. The layout was good and the facilities were reasonable, but everything just lacked quality - it seemed like a DIY renovation job. The spa leaked water through the plug at about an inch per 5 minutes, so the added luxury I was looking forward to turned into a puddle. The shower was difficult to adjust between lukewarm and scolding hot. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and there was no blanket provided. The TV was not smart so there were no streaming options.
