Staffs and cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. Hotel conditions are good and new. Pool is clean as the gardener working on it every single day. Cats came and being our companion for the whole stay. They really made my trip. Location is super convenient. Easy to reach out 7-11, restaurants, self laundry, massage by walking distance. Only one hassle that the roof made by metal. Therefore would be hard to sleep tight during the rainy nights. We enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels in this price category . Room, facilities, staff, security .. only noticed that pool cleaning guy takes eternity to clean the pool. But why we were checked in the room next to loud work which started at 8 morning daily. Hotel doesn’t seem to be full

⭐ 1 Star – Misleading Pricing & Forced to Pay Again on Arrival I booked a 3-night stay (16–19 June 2025) at Xen Pool Access through Booking.com and received a confirmed reservation at the listed rate. However, upon arrival, I was told by hotel staff that the price on Booking.com was a "mistake" due to a system error, and they demanded I pay again at a higher rate or they would cancel my booking. Under pressure and with no other accommodation secured, I was forced to pay the higher price to avoid being left without a place to stay. The hotel claimed they had emailed me about the price change, but I never received any such email. Only after I arrived did they show me a photo of the email on their device—far too late to inform or resolve anything in advance. This was not my fault. I booked in good faith and had confirmation. I shouldn’t have been penalized for a pricing issue between the hotel and the booking platform. This experience was highly unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing. Would not recommend—completely unacceptable customer treatment and lack of accountability.
