Verdiğimiz paraya göre gayet güzel hizmet aldık. Personeller gayet güler yüzlü sevecenlerdi. Yemekler süper lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Ayrıca çeşit çoktu. Selma ablam sağolsun bize çok güzel davrandı💖 Memnun bir şekilde ayrıldım otelden.

Chef Selim is very attentive. Chef Ahmet and his friends are very attentive. I would also like to thank the cook and his assistants. We ate very delicious food. Everything was fine. Thanks to sister Selma, she never left us hungry😃 All staff were very caring, respectful and friendly. If I come to Alanya again, I would choose it again👌

I didn’t think that I would ever write a review, but everything happens for the first time. We stayed at the Aleria Bella Mare hotel at the end of September 2020. There is only one plus, that the sea is very close. Everything else is a huge minus, I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone. Very far from the airport, the hotel is old, the rooms are just terrible, there is dirt everywhere, the food is also terrible, although I am not picky about food, there was nothing to eat. There are very rude and arrogant woman and man sitting at the reception. How we got to the hotel is a separate matter. In a nutshell, it’s just a nightmare, our hotel was the very last one, the driver didn’t know a single hotel and drove us around the village until the evening, the children were tired and hungry after the plane. We hoped that we would get to the hotel at least by lunch, but we barely made it in time for dinner, and as a result we lost a day riding. In general, I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. I will never return to this village of Mahmutlar, and especially to this terrible hotel.
