Xerion Hotel

Great hotel for night stand with partner. Good looking rooms especially the bathroom. Everything was clean and really nice. In room u can also find Ironing board and iron, Hairdryer and Electric kettle. AC was enough but I would prefer if window could be oped for fresh air, it was locked. I also have kinda problem with glass doors, u can see everything through it. I know there are curtains but for opening doors u have to manually open or close them... Sometimes annoying. Also breakfast is 79 zloty. Little more expensive but u get everything u can imagine and I mean everything. Even prosecco.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. The only issue I had during my stay was with a room in the atrium. These rooms have glass doors and a window that cannot be opened. I was there in April, and it was quite hot, but they couldn’t turn on the AC because it would have meant turning it on for the entire building. In the end, I was moved to a room with a window that could be opened. The breakfast is really good, with a variety of options to choose from. I gave it four stars based solely on the window situation, but the staff was gracious and eventually moved me to a different room.

Horrible hotel. Over phone they promised me wheelchair room, but when i arrived the resptionist said no chance for wheelchair room Also, one of 3 rooms was strong smoke smell. Kinda like someone just smoked a cigarette in there minutes before we got the keys
