The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city walls and major attractions, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional servic, special thanks to Mr Sun! Before arriving we had a chat on WeChat and he offered to help us getting tickets and every other need we wanted. ✅ Highlights: Incredible butler service: Mr Sun arranged all our tours, booked taxis, and took care of every detail—better than a travel agency! Comfortable and stylish rooms: Clean, well-equipped, and with great amenities. Perfect location: Close to Xi’an’s key sights, making it easy to explore. This hotel made my stay in Xi'an. Modern, clean, great room amenities. Buffet afternoon tea served the perfect finish after tours in the sweltering heat. Be warned that gym equipment is not maintained. i.e treadmill belts desperately require oiling, makes loud dragging sounds.

Really lovely hotel in the centre of Xian. The rooms were lovely, modern and clean. All necessities provided. My toddler was intrigued by the robot and the staff were wonderful enough to send the robot up to our room with water as a surprise for him. He was so happy and it was such a nice thing to do. NOTE. location on Google maps is incorrect. I've attached a photo of where the hotel actually is further along the same road.
